The architecture of dynaSight supports the development of a
dynamic enterprise-level information system with ultimate scalability. It is
characterized by five key components:
The dynaSight
Server (Windows and Unix), the heart of the system, provides access to
applications via Internet/Intranet for all end-users, regardless of place
and time.
The Administrator is
used to store and manage the developed applications on the dynaSight Server.
The centralized administration permits optimum support of application
distribution and extensions. This means that the information system is
low-maintenance and cost-efficient.
Interfaces
to internal and external data sources, the Connectors, permit direct
access to information.
All applications
stored on the server can be retrieved via the dynaSight Client GUI which is
available as a Java or HTML version. This ensures a common information level
among employees and facilitates internal communications. |
